Note: All products are made to order, so please allow 2-7 business days for order fulfillment prior to shipping.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. Standard flat rates apply.
Free shipping is available for all orders in the US!

TRACKING

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please reply to your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email.

MISSING ORDERS

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

□ Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm the delivery address is correct
□ Ask the shipping carrier listed on your tracking information if the package is still in their possession
□ Stop by your neighbors' in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left with the carrier or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by replying to your shipping confirmation email. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order at your own cost.
