Refund policy

We have a 4-week (28-day) return/exchange policy, which means you have 4 weeks after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

RETURNS

If you would like to return a misprinted or damaged item, you may contact us by replying to your order confirmation email within 4 weeks (28 days) after receiving your item, and provide the reason for the return and a photo of the damage. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you may also submit a refund request by logging in with your email address and finding your order. If accepted, we will provide the return shipping label, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may contact us by replying to your order confirmation email within 4 weeks (28 days) after receiving your item, and let us know the reason for your exchange. If you created an account at the time of purchase, you may also submit a request by logging in with your email address and finding your order. We will then provide a return shipping label, and you will be issued store credit for the amount of your purchase plus shipping. Upon receiving your store credit, you can then make a separate purchase for a new item.

Note: 

□ Discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
□ Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
□ Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

MISSING ORDERS

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

□ Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm the delivery address is correct
□ Ask the shipping carrier listed on your tracking information if the package is still in their possession
□ Stop by your neighbors' in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left with the carrier or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by replying to your shipping confirmation email. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order at your own cost.
